We have now been selling Lace & Trims since 1999. We have over 3000 items and are still growing. We are always trying to keep our prices as low as possible.

Please use our contact page and email us with any questions you may have. If you do not see what you are looking for in the store, we do not have it as we keep all merchandise we have listed.

If you wish to return an item you must pay the return shipping. Shipping that is paid to ship items out to you is Nonrefundable.  These laces and trims are special cut for your order.  Returns cause us to have a bunch of small pieces. If the problem is not our fault there will be a $2.00 restocking fee. The shipping for an order is on the invoice before the order is paid for. If you do not agree with the cost you can cancel an order at that time. It is also displayed on the home page of the store so you will know ahead of time how much will be charged. It includes all packaging and handling. Please do not ask us to refund shipping cost.

There are a lot of one of a kind items that once sold out cannot be restocked.

We also try to supply our customers with as many choices as possible. Since many customers buy beading lace, stretch lace and wide lace we are making a concerted effort to obtain as many different styles and colors as possible.

We tried selling each item by the yard but most of our customers wanted at least 5 yard lengths so we settled with all items at 5 yards each unless the product only comes in specific yards or the length is due to a splice or it is the last of the product.

We do not cut everything into 5 yard pieces. If you order more than 5 yards, it will be cut in one piece if possible. As an example, if you order 5 at 5 yards, you will get a 25 yard piece. If 2 pieces are unavoidable, we add an extra yard.
