We have now been selling Lace & Trims since 1999. We have over 3000 items and are still growing. We are always trying to keep our prices as low as possible.

Please use our contact page and email us with any questions you may have. If you do not see what you are looking for in the store, we do not have it as we keep all merchandise we have listed.

Products are stored in plastic bags in a smoke free building so we do not consider a smoke smell as a legitimate reason for returns.

If you wish to return an item you must pay the return shipping. Shipping that is paid to ship items out to you is Nonrefundable.  These laces and trims are special cut for your order.  It is rather time consuming to measure an item, and prepare it for shipping. Returns cause us to have a bunch of small pieces. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must include the invoice with returned items. Unless the problem is our fault there will be a 10% restocking fee on returns with a minimum of $2.00 examples(color chosen, size chosen, number of yards ordered etc: not our fault.) Clearance items are not returnable. If an item has an X in the number it is a clearance item. For an exchange you must order what you want. When we get the item back we will send the refund for it.

 

The shipping for a domestic order is on the envoice before the order is paid for. If you do not agree with the cost you can cancel an order at that time. It is also displayed on the home page of the store so you will know ahead of time how much will be charged. It includes all packaging and handling. Please do not ask us to refund shipping cost. 

There are a lot of one of a kind items that once sold out cannot be restocked.

We also try to supply our customers with as many choices as possible. Since many customers buy beading lace, stretch lace, and wide lace we are making a concerted effort to obtain as many different styles and colors as possible.

We tried selling each item by the yard, but most of our customers wanted at least 5 yard lengths, so we settled with all items at 5 yards.

We do not cut everything into 5 yard pieces. If you order more than 5 yards, it will be cut in one piece if possible. As an example, if you order 5 at 5 yards, you will get a 25 yard piece. If 2 pieces are unavoidable, we add an extra yard.
